The Hassia THL 30/37 is the primary thermoforming and filling unit within the integrated butter packing line, responsible for forming portion cups, filling product, and sealing in a continuous process.
Designed for butter, margarine, and spread applications, the machine thermoforms the lower web into portion cavities, accurately fills each portion, and applies and seals the lid film to produce consistent, high-quality packs.
Originally commissioned in 1998, the system has been progressively upgraded and modernised, incorporating more recent control and automation technology.
