The Onyx onion processing machine by AIT increases productivity in onion processing and adapts to customers’ needs. It includes an automatic feeding system in which onions are placed on individual plates. Thus, the operators’ work is simplified. The skin removal is performed in three stages: outer skin slit and onion top and tail conical cut for subsequent skin blowing by applying localised air pressure.

The onion processing machine is fully manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel in our factory located in Tudela, Navarre, Spain.
