The cheese production line was built in 1992, afterwards a lot of parts and machinery have been renewed, optimized and/ or overhauled. The cheese production line is very well maintained, production is running smooth 24/7.
The year capacity is maximum of 32,000 Tons Euroblock (Semi-hard cheeses, like Edam 40+ and Gouda 48+). Batch time is 24-25 minutes, nett production time is 20 hours per day (48 batches).
Controls: generally Siemens S5 and is recommended to renew.
