The Original GR 50 is a purpose-built solution for precise and reliable cutting of frozen food products — including meat, fish, vegetables, and butter — all without the need for pre-thawing. Engineered for demanding production environments, it offers robust mechanical durability alongside ergonomic and hygienic design, ensuring efficiency and operator safety.
A material guide system automatically repositions unstable product blocks onto their base, while an adjustable vertical stop (80–250 mm) secures each piece for consistent and accurate cutting. A convenient 970 mm loading height, combined with a rail track and lifting device, streamlines the loading process.
Once inside, a mechanically driven knife beam delivers up to 45 cuts per minute, and four vertical blades divide slices into uniform sections, handling temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C. The standard-height discharge conveyor allows direct output into bins or 200L trolleys, minimizing manual handling. Designed to meet European safety standards, the GR 50 is also easy to clean and operate daily.
