The Bedo VA 935 is the secondary packaging unit within the integrated butter packing line, responsible for erecting, forming, and sealing outer cartons for finished butter portions.
The machine automatically erects flat-packed cartons, applies hot-melt adhesive, and prepares them for loading, ensuring consistent and reliable case handling throughout the packing process.
Originally commissioned in 1998, the system has been maintained and continues to operate alongside modernised control and automation components along the line.
