Description

These have never been used. The flipper setup allows the cheese to be drained vertically, which saves the flipper. It’s a mechanical flipper that allows the whole stack to be flipped in one single action mould.

Each set is made of food-grade plastic, consisting of four moulds and a riser. There are eight sets per flipper.

There are nine trays & mats per flipper.
