CIP Kitchen

To ensure efficient and repeatable cleaning of the automated equipment, we have offered a CIP kitchen to compliment the process installation.

• The CIP kitchen consists of 3 tanks 1 x Caustic, 1 x Acid & 1 x Water recovery
• The CIP kitchen includes 1 CIP supply circuit but has been designed to allow for and additional supply circuit in future upgrades.

Thermaflo CIP skids are fully automatic and designed to ensure the correct cleaning variables of time, temperature, and chemical concentration are delivered to the plant at the correct velocities and pressures to ensure a successful cleaning regime.

These variables are precisely controlled by PLC meaning the CIP regime is cleaning in optimal conditions, in a repeatable and verifiable manner.

• The CIP Kitchen will be pre-fabricated in the Thermaflo workshop to reduce required site time. There will only be 1 supply line for the new plant
