Cutting disks are available as standard in the following cutting thicknesses: 1.3 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.3 mm and 2.8 mm. Available as a complete packaging line, this Wolf RVP-180 vertical form-fill-and-seal machine is supplied together with a matching Wolf KWD-2 checkweigher.
Manufactured in Germany, the system is configured for automatic bag forming, product filling and sealing, followed by in-line weight verification. The line includes a stainless-steel product hopper and dosing arrangement, a film-handling system, a Videojet coder, Allen-Bradley controls, and integrated checkweigher communications.
