Description

The Thimonnier SF102 is a new-generation, high-speed spout filling and capping machine engineered specifically for spouted Doypack® and inverted stand-up pouch formats.

Designed for high-volume automated lines, the SF102 operates under ultra-clean, sterile-air conditions to process both fresh and pasteurized products safely.By integrating inline spout and cap decontamination tech, this system significantly extends product shelf life and reduces waste. Its compact, open-frame design optimizes space on the factory floor while allowing operators full visual control and streamlined washdown access for maximum hygiene compliance.

The SF102 is highly flexible across varying liquid, hot-fill, and high-viscosity food and beverage categories:

  • Baby Food & Purées: fruit purées, baby foods, and chestnut creams.
  • Dairy & Cultured Products: Smooth yoghurts, liquid cheeses, and dairy liquids.
  • Viscous Liquids & Condiments: Honey, edible oils, structural soups, and culinary sauces
