Designed primarily for powders and particulates, it also performs exceptionally well with larger products such as tablets, snacks, and confectionery, making it a strong solution for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications using glass or composite containers.
The RP1600 integrates seamlessly with auger fillers or high-speed counting and weighing systems, overcoming common challenges associated with filling small container apertures at high speeds. Its controlled vibration of both product and container enables higher throughput and more consistent filling than conventional systems. An optional ROTOFLEX split turret allows rapid, tool-free changeovers between container base sizes, significantly reducing downtime and simplifying cleaning tasks that can be completed directly by line operators.
