Industrial batch filtration unit designed to separate suspended solids from a liquid slurry. The product is pumped through a series of filter plates fitted with filter media. Solids are retained between the plates to form a filter cake, while clarified liquid passes through the media and exits the press.
The unit shown has a substantial stainless steel frame and a multi-plate filter pack with individual plate outlets/ports.
