Wilden P100 air-operated double diaphragm pump mounted on a purpose-built stainless steel mobile trolley, complete with hose assemblies, stainless pipework and pneumatic air preparation equipment.
The pump is a Wilden P100 Pro-Flo, model P100/PPPPP/TNU/TF/PTV/0014, manufactured in July 2020. The compact mobile configuration makes the unit well suited to transferring liquids between drums, tanks, vessels and processing equipment.
The polypropylene Wilden pump is pneumatically driven, eliminating the need for an electrical motor at the pump. The assembly also incorporates Festo filtration and pressure regulation equipment for controlling the compressed-air supply.
