Perfect cutting results when processing whole cabbages with 2,500 kg/h max. capacity. The CAP 68 cabbage cutting machine is ideal for cutting large quantities of whole cabbages. Red cabbage and white cabbage can be processed up to a diameter of 270 mm in optimal cutting quality. The machine can be filled continuously by means of the large feeding hopper.
Cutting disks are available as standard in the following cutting thicknesses: 1.3 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.3 mm and 2.8 mm. Other cutting thicknesses can be offered on request. Optionally, a discharge belt can be added to the CAP 68 to ensure the continuous discharge of the cut cabbage for further processing or packaging.
