Separator

This machine has a total Solid Space of 6 litres, which means if you feed it with 500 l/h @ 10% solids then the total solids will be 50 lts in 1 hour. It means that the machine has to discharge 6 litres of solids every 7,2 minutes. 

Reconditioning done in 2020 includes: 

• New drive motor 
• Machine tested and rebalanced 
• Control panel installed on the skid
• Replacement of all bearings, seals, orings, lock nuts and do the vibration test.  

This machine will need the oil replaced every 1000 hours, replacement of the oil and every 3000 hours, bowl inspection and an intermediate service kit for the bowl. So if it runs 24/7, you need to do a major service once a year.
