1 Filling and screwing-system Line:
Station 1: Track for manual loading of caps.
Station 2: Track for manual loading of pouch with spout.
Station 3: Filling system with a pressurised tank with a constant level on level probe, electromagnetic flowmeter and self-cleaning dosing nozzle.
Station4: Spout screwing by servomotor to enable controlling of the tightening torque.
Station 5: Screwing control by laser and removal of defective pouches.
Station 6: Ejection of the pouches on outlet conveyors. Made doypack pouches with liquids and viscous products through weldspouts on the top of the corner of the pouch, and screening of the temperature-evident spout
