Machine was designed to receive packaged cheese blocks and insert into a carton.
Cheese block sizes are:
170 x 93 x 32 mm = 500g
170 x 93 x 45 mm = 750g
170 x 93 x 47 mm = 800g
170 x 93 x 60 mm = 1000g
The packaging machine will stack three blocks vertically within the machine. This is repeated four times. This stack of twelve blocks is then placed in to the erected carton.
The machine then closes and tapes the box
The carton is then ejected.
The machine will operate at a speed of one block per second.
